NeuroMaze provides advice, training and coaching for people with autism and those close to them. Our services do not fall under regular (mental) healthcare and do not replace it. We work as coaches, advisors and trainers — not as healthcare providers in a clinical sense.
Where necessary and appropriate, we actively encourage clients to contact regular healthcare providers — such as a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or mental health service — for questions that fall outside our scope of work.
At NeuroMaze, the safety, privacy and wellbeing of the client come first. We work from the following principles:
An appointment is confirmed by email after the booking form has been completed. The appointment is final once a confirmation has been received.
Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, you must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done by email or phone. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows without notification may be charged at the full rate.
NeuroMaze reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
NeuroMaze rates are available on request and will be communicated before the first appointment. Unless otherwise agreed:
All information you share with NeuroMaze is treated in strict confidence. NeuroMaze complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.
Information is only shared with third parties if:
NeuroMaze offers coaching, advice and training — not medical treatment, diagnosis or psychotherapy. Our services are intended to support people in navigating daily life with autism.
If it becomes apparent during our work together that a client would benefit from professional care outside our scope — such as diagnosis, medication or intensive psychological support — we will raise this and refer the client to an appropriate service or professional.
NeuroMaze is not liable for any harm resulting from failure to follow a referral recommendation.
We expect all parties to treat each other with respect. NeuroMaze reserves the right to end the working relationship in cases of boundary-violating behaviour, aggression or situations that put the safety of the client or staff member at risk.
In the event of acute safety risks — to yourself or others — we will act in the interest of safety, including contacting emergency services if necessary.
If you have a complaint about our services, we appreciate you raising it with us directly at info@neuromaze.nl. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may submit a complaint to an independent complaints body. We will inform you of the relevant body upon request.
NeuroMaze strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from our services, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability is in any case limited to the amount charged for the relevant service.
NeuroMaze reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version will always be available on this page. We will inform active clients of any significant changes.
